ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships with both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with New York Life in financial planning and spent two years as a team member in a State Farm office, gaining valuable experience before opening my own agency.

I attended Bowling Green and have been part of the local community for over 11 years. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with dogs.We stay involved in the community through charity golf events, including hosting “Putts for Paws” each year in support of Completing the Mission.

Our office culture is friendly, supportive, and family-oriented—everyone truly cares about each other. We also provide spacious, private office environments for each team member. We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, enjoys a positive atmosphere, and wants to be part of a team that supports one another both professionally and personally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Daniel Connor - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensación: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
